Winners will be announced by Nov. 22.
How will be the winners selected?
Winners will be determined by judges.
Judges are looking for color and creativity.
Are there prizes?
Yes! One overall winner will receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Multiple winners will have their photos published in area newspapers.
